We ship exclusively with UPS. Packages will arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. We ship on MONDAYS unless it is a scheduled holiday which pushes orders to ship next business day.

Shipping Rate Information
Our meat is individually vacuum-packed and flash frozen at the peak of aged tenderness then packed in a reusable insulated container containing ice packs. Your products may arrive completely frozen or thawed and cool to the touch. If you are wanting to cook your products for a particular date, we suggest having your package arrive a few days in advance to allow the products to properly thaw in the refrigerator. All packages are delivered within 1-3 days from the time of shipping.
Customers will be charged a flat rate fee of $19.95 per box up to 30 pounds of beef. If the order is over 30 pounds, it will be an additional flat rate fee of $19.95 per box. For example, if a customer orders 45 pounds of beef, this will consist of 2 boxes each $19.95 per box plus tax.

To ensure your wagyu beef is delivered frozen, we must ship your order via UPS’s 3-Day Select (air mail, not ground). This shipping method is more expensive and so you will see this reflected during checkout. We are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping for orders over $200 to CA and AZ customers. Thank you.
Ozark Valley Beef Co. ships to all physical addresses in the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders are shipped with ‘No Signature Required’. Ozark Valley Beef Co. is not responsible for damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please be sure to double-check all addresses.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we can not accept returns.
